Our Tomato Bottarga Cream has a unique flavour It is made from cured tuna roe that is rubbed with sea salt and left to dry using an ancient technique. Then we blend it and season it with tomato, extra-virgin olive oil, Syracuse lemon IGP peel and a pinch of red pepper. Excellent on toasted bread or with first courses.
Fish roe is a rich source of iron, vitamin D, A and B12. Tomatoes are rich in vitamin B, C, D and E, giving them excellent antioxidant and nutritional properties.
