The ritual of preparing homemade, ‘Casareccia’ sauce is a tradition that is sadly disappearing. This is why we wanted to recover this age-old custom, by proposing this tomato salsa made using a very ancient recipe. Ready-to-use, it’s the ideal accompaniment to every type of pasta.
Tomatoes are rich in vitamin B, C, D and E, giving them excellent antioxidant and nutritional properties. They’re also high in another antioxidant called lycopene, which helps protect the cells from aging.
