EDONE’ s.r.l. will deliver the products in the manner and within the timeframe stated in the delivery options chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times are indicative only and not binding. Edonè s.r.l. reserves the right to vary the order quantities, due to product availability, for example, or for other reasons in relation to the courier delivering the goods. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check that the parcel and packaging is intact, not damaged or wet, and the that the goods correspond to the items stated in the order form. In the event the items are different or do not correspond with the ones stated in the order, the Customer has the right to cancel and return the items in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated on the website.


If on the first delivery attempt the recipient is not at the address indicated by the customer, the courier will leave a notice in the letter box stating that they were unable to deliver the goods. The customer can then contact the courier to arrange a new delivery date. For an additional delivery fee, the second delivery can even be sent to a different address to the one stated on the order. If the Courier does not hear from the Customer within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods and charged for the delivery costs, storage and return of the same.


The courier will make two attempts to deliver the goods to the address indicated by the customer in the order they made on the www.fratelliburgio.com website. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will contact the customer on the phone number provided by the same to arrange a different delivery date. If the customer is absent on the third delivery attempt agreed with the courier, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods, minus any additional relative costs for delivery, storage and return.
