FROM THE DELICATESSEN COUNTER TO THE SEA: A SUCCESS STORY THAT CONTINUES
Our salumeria is just a few hundred metres from the port, but it's divided by a completely different generational reality. In fact, the idea to open a kiosk in the enchanting port of Syracuse is a third-generation challenge for our family: that of reaching a younger audience with a completely different formula, while still maintaining the values that have made our salumeria such a success.
But how can we create a winning recipe for a salumeria aimed at a younger audience? With a kiosk, of course. And since 2015, it's now become a popular meeting place for tourists and locals of all ages, who pop by at all hours of the day.
We welcome you 24 hours a day
From April to October, the Port welcomes customers for almost 24 hours a day. The counter conceals a small artisanal workshop, where, depending on the time of day, we prepare refreshing ice cream and granita slush drinks using local produce; warm croissants filled with our own jams and marmalade; small cheese and salami boards, and even delicious cocktails.
And each moment is made even more magical by the view of the sea and port and the music that plays 24/7.
A PERFECT SUMMER DESTINATION
At night, the atmosphere of the Syracuse Port is truly enchanting. The rippling foam and music become the perfect theme tune to an evening with friends under the light of the Sicilian moon. And, in this laid-back summer atmosphere, where time seems to stand still, you're guaranteed an unforgettable evening.
